Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aajljl website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

Your continued use of aajljl following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any third party acting on behalf of a registered player. No provision of these Terms may be waived except in writing by an authorized representative of aajljl.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with aajljl, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of aajljl, its parent company, subsidiaries, or affiliates, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or have been excluded by a regulatory authority.

aajljl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the full functionality of aajljl, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information submitted is truthful and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, aajljl is required to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
• Additional documents as may be required on a case-by-case basis

aajljl reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification. Players who refuse to complete KYC or submit fraudulent documents will have their accounts permanently closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify aajljl support immediately via live chat. aajljl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aajljl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). aajljl supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your aajljl wallet after successful payment confirmation.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• aajljl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The funding account must be registered in your own name.
• aajljl reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3.
• Verified withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within one (1) business day. Bank withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three (3) business days.
• aajljl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional security checks without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

Bonuses & Promotions

aajljl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players who are fully registered, verified, and in good standing with aajljl.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per player account, unless otherwise specified.
• aajljl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated play, or exploiting software errors — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the aajljl platform — including live baccarat, Mini Baccarat, BetterLive Live, slots, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

aajljl uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable game types. Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers operating under independent studio oversight. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are disclosed within each game's information panel.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of any game round, aajljl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's wallet. aajljl will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

Disconnection During Live Games

If you are disconnected from a live game session due to internet or device issues on your end, the game result will be determined in accordance with standard game rules as if the round completed normally. aajljl is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connection failures.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aajljl platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers without human input
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aajljl staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the aajljl platform software
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

Intellectual Property

All content on the aajljl platform — including but not limited to the aajljl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of aajljl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of aajljl.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aajljl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to service
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Actions taken by aajljl in compliance with regulatory obligations (e.g., account verification holds, withdrawal delays)
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank)

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude aajljl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

aajljl collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the aajljl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Responsible Gaming

aajljl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools to manage their gambling activity. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account.

Suspension & Termination

aajljl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider
• Directions received from PAGCOR or other competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures)

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance (net of bonuses not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the aajljl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable Philippine law or regulation.

aajljl operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by aajljl's internal dispute resolution process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

Amendments

aajljl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the aajljl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall apply to that dispute, unless the subsequent version expressly states otherwise.
